STELIOU & ASSOCIATES PTY LTD is a CPA AUSTRALIA recognised Public Accounting and Taxation Practice. It is also a Registered Tax Agent with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and Registered Agent and Self-Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) Auditor with Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
Established in 2002 as JP’s Accounting and Taxation Services, the firm was renamed to ACE Accounting and Taxation Services in 2003. In 2008 after years of consistent growth it merged with other professionals and the business was re-branded to its current name Steliou & Associates Pty Ltd.
Steliou and Associates growth has continued over the years and is based upon a team that are committed to delivering timely and quality tax, accounting, financial and business advisory services to meet the growing needs of small to medium business.

OUR TEAM
Peter Steliou
Principal
Peter Christos Steliou is the Principal of Steliou & Associates and is a fellow CPA. Steliou & Associates has a client base of well over 3,000 which predominantly services small to medium size businesses.
Peter has extensive Corporate experience and has sat on the board of Public listed entities prior to moving over to Public Practice. He completed a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting in 2000. He then moved on and completed his CPA in 2003, and in 2015 completed a Diploma of Financial Planning.
Peter is also a Justice of the Peace.
Peter is a passionate family and sports man, and enjoys spending his free time outdoors.

Gino Craparotta
Senior Accountant
Gino Craparotta joined Steliou & Associates in early 2016, he has a Diploma in Business - Accounting
and has worked in a variety of Management Accounting & Business Analyst roles across a variety of industries for over 25 years.
Gino spends his weekends with his family and enjoys playing soccer and playing keyboards in a covers band.

Gino Castellana
Accountant
Gino Castellana has 20 years of experience within the professional services environment which included 14 years at Ernst & Young, primarily supporting the Financial Services Advisory division in a finance capacity and facilitating engagement economics training for internal stakeholders.
Gino joined Steliou & Associates in October 2020 and has an Advanced Diploma in Accounting.
Gino specialises in managing our Self Managed Super Funds.
Away from the office Gino enjoys spending time with his family. He also enjoys coaching his sons football team along with playing competition football himself.

Sunil De Silva
Accountant
Sunil joined Steliou & Associates bringing with him accounting experience from retail, airline and catering industries.
Sunil has obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in financial accounting & auditing, and a Diploma of Business Accounting and a Diploma in Personnel Management.
Sunil enjoys analysing cost saving strategies and project management.
Sunil specifically handles all Long Service and Land Tax administration for our clients.
Away from the office Sunil loves family time and watching sports in particular cricket.

Julianne Laws
Accountant
Julianne has recently joined Steliou & Associates on a permanent basis after first working together with Steliou & Associates in 2016. Bringing with her previous banking industry experience and organisational skills, working for a Credit Union for 15 years. She has completed an Associate Diploma in Accounting and Certificate in Management.
After having a family, she updated her accounting software skills with MYOB and then Xero, and started her own part-time bookkeeping business in 2013. Julianne is able to apply accounting and administration skills to assist small businesses from varying industries with processing, procedures, payroll, Superannuation, ATO compliance, training and support.
Xero software is where her strengths lie. Supporting businesses with the everyday use of Xero, MYOB or Quickbooks migration to Xero, transition to Single Touch Payroll and Xero Payroll.
Julianne enjoys spending time with family, volunteering with Guide Dogs NSW/ACT and Netball. She supports the NSW Swifts and Giants in the SSN and Australian Diamonds.
Kristian Steliou
Junior Accountant
Kristian has been a member of Steliou & Associates since 2020
He also has a Diploma of Accounting, and looks to further his knowledge and career
Kristian enjoys being with family and friends and playing sports, mainly soccer and Gym.
Harrison Steliou
Trainee Accountant
Harrison is a member of Steliou & Associates, he is currently completing a 3 year university degree involving a Bachelor of Business, major in property with a sub major of accounting. Harrison enjoys spending time with friends and family while also the outdoors.
Anh Nguyen
Accountant
Anh has recently joined Steliou & Associates in September 2023. She has extensive experience in Business Services and SMSF.
Anh has a Bachelor of Business/Information System with a major in Accounting. She is also a full member of CPA Australia.
Anh enjoys spending quality time with her small family and enjoys practicing yoga.

Annette Saliba
Contract Accountant
Annette joined Steliou & Associates in 2011 , bringing with her a range of experience in banking , retail & construction industries.
She has a Diploma in Accounting and is a member of the Institute of Public Accountants. She has an extensive knowledge of various accounting software mainly XERO & MYOB.
Annette retired in December 2017 but has returned as a contractor to work on special projects.
Annette loves to spend time with her family especially her grandchildren.
